About: The Journey is Europe’s biggest climate innovation summer school for graduates and young professionals. It is a 4-week full time residential programme, focused on climate action, innovation, systems transformation, and community building. At this entrepreneurship summer school with Climate KIC, we, WECO, worked on a designing a circular economy product, a waste water recycling plant with an integrated heating and cooling system for Hotels.
What stays in my memory: The programme was very intensive and fruitful! Even time has passed, it feels that tools which were introduced and skills which were practised, have been fruitful until today (developing business models, pitching, visual facilitation, interviewing stakeholders and much more). I remember that I was feeling empowered and ready to generate ideas and products for climate action constantly.
