Analysing the thoughts
Agustina Guerrero illustrates with her drawings in the Diary of a volatile what her everyday life is like. I just smiled looking to the two below. I am thinking about the first that we can always turn, change, shift a “confusing” thought if we grabbed it and analysed. Then we have not got rid of it but the obstacle has turned to something which brings joy. What this “something” is, it is another huge topic. The second is really self explained, despite the negative thoughts to try out things, in the end we can do it. My question is, if we know the result why do we take so much time for this trip of negativeness?
